How booking a festival trip works

Six steps stand between you and the front row. Prices are per person and include taxes and fees unless stated otherwise, and nothing is added at the last minute.

  1. Pick your festival and trip

Compare dates, cities, and what each package covers: coach or flight, accommodation, festival pass, and on-site support. Where a festival ticket is sold separately, the trip page says so clearly.

  2. Hold your place with a deposit

A deposit secures your spot and locks the current price. Group sizes are capped by coach capacity and accommodation blocks, so the biggest festivals fill first.

  3. Split the rest into installments

Pay the balance in interest-free installments up to 30 days before departure. If plans change, you can transfer your booking to another traveler or move it to a later trip under our published terms.

  4. Meet your group before you travel

Two to three weeks out we run a meetup in your city and open a group chat, so you know your group leader, your departure point, and who you are sharing with.

  5. Travel with a trained group leader

Every trip includes a trained group leader and 24/7 emergency support. We vet each accommodation and transport partner in advance, and travel insurance is recommended for every traveler.

  6. Arrive, check in, and enjoy the festival

Your leader handles check-in and transfers, keeps the daily schedule clear, and organizes optional on-site activities so nobody spends the weekend on their own.

Safety and support

How We Keep Every Trip Safe

Group travel only works when the ground rules are clear. Every departure is staffed, every partner is checked, and the support line answers when the last bus is cancelled at 3am.

  1. 01

    Trained group leader on board

Every trip travels with a group leader who has run the route before and holds a current first-aid certificate.

  2. 02

    Vetted stays and transport partners

Hotels, campsites and coaches are inspected before a trip goes on sale. Partners who fail a review are dropped.

  3. 03

    Arrival check-ins

You confirm arrival in the group chat, and we account for everyone before the first shuttle leaves the meeting point.

  4. 04

    Travel insurance guidance

Insurance is strongly recommended. We explain what festival cancellation, lost luggage and medical cover should include.

  5. 05

    Never alone after dark

Group travel means shared transfers between campsite and stage, with a named leader on site through the night.
