2. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and legally capable.

3. Booking and Payments

Pre-contract info on seller, price, terms, cancellation, dispute resolution per Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10 June 2023. Prices in UAH. Methods at checkout. You bear bank fees. Deposit may be required. Contract on confirmation.

4. Package Inclusions and Exclusions

Included: festival tickets, accommodation, transport if specified. Excluded: personal expenses, insurance, meals not listed.

5. Cancellations and Licensing

Cancellation terms provided before booking; refunds per Law No. 3153-IX. Tour operator licensed and requires financial guarantee under Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-ВР 'On Tourism' dated 15 September 1995 and Law of Ukraine No. 222-VIII 'On Licensing of Types of Economic Activity' dated 2 March 2015. Agents under agency agreements display licence details.

6. Liability and User Obligations

Liability limited as permitted by law. Not liable for force majeure, third-party actions, or injury not caused by our negligence. You must provide accurate info, comply with laws, respect others, follow rules, and are responsible for travel documents and insurance.

7. Advertising and Data

Advertising truthful and substantiated per Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР 'On Advertising' dated 3 July 1996. Personal data processed with lawful basis, notice, consent where applicable per Law of Ukraine No. 4074-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 20 November 2024. Non-essential cookies only with prior informed consent per Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX 'On Electronic Communications' dated 16 December 2020.
