Travel and Ticket Disclaimer

1. Independent operator status

We are an independent provider, not affiliated with or acting for any festival, artist, promoter, or venue unless a page says otherwise; third-party names identify them only.

As a travel agent we operate under an agency agreement and disclose the principal's licence details before booking (Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR 'On Tourism' dated 15 September 1995; Law of Ukraine No. 222-VIII 'On Licensing of Types of Economic Activity' dated 2 March 2015).

2. Availability and entry

Availability changes in real time and is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing. Entry depends on venue rules, age limits, ID checks and security screening.

3. Prices and fees

The total price, including mandatory service and booking fees, is shown before you confirm payment. Pre-contract information on price, terms, cancellation and dispute resolution follows Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10 June 2023 and Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 3 September 2015.

4. Limits on guarantees

We do not guarantee that an event will occur, that a specific artist will perform, or that travel will be uninterrupted. Advertising is truthful and substantiated under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' dated 3 July 1996. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

5. Complaints

Send complaints to contact@ingressways.com or apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection and the courts, per Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10 June 2023.

6. Personal data and cookies

We process personal data lawfully, with a privacy notice and consent where required under Law of Ukraine No. 4074-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 20 November 2024. Non-essential cookies require prior informed consent under Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX 'On Electronic Communications' dated 16 December 2020.
