Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Provider and scope

Services are supplied by LLC ingressways.com, EDRPOU 96902695, 78 Velyka Vasylkivska Street, Kyiv, 03150, Ukraine, contact@ingressways.com, +380 979 365 8717. This policy is required pre-contract information under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII "On Electronic Commerce" dated 3 September 2015 and Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX "On Consumer Protection" dated 10 June 2023.

2. Cancellation windows

• Over 30 days before start: refund less documented costs.
• 30–15 days before start: 50% refund.
• 14 days or fewer: no refund unless force majeure or insurance applies.

3. Refunds

Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of approval under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX. Non-refundable supplier fees are shown before booking.

4. Force majeure

If force majeure prevents performance, we may offer a date change, credit note or refund of recoverable prepayments under Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR "On Tourism" dated 15 September 1995. Licence and guarantee details are provided under Law of Ukraine No. 222-VIII "On Licensing of Types of Economic Activity" dated 2 March 2015.

5. Transfers

You may transfer your booking to another person or date at least 7 days before start. Administration and supplier fees may apply under Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR.

6. Travel insurance

Travel insurance is not included unless stated. We strongly recommend cover for medical expenses, cancellation, interruption and repatriation before booking. Insurance does not replace your statutory rights under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX.

7. Complaints

Send complaints to contact@ingressways.com; we reply within 30 calendar days. You may apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX.
